Wouldn't Change A Thing - Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato

Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato

Kelly Clarkson; Kate Winslet; Jessica Simpson; Kirstie Alley - just some of the celebrities who got media flack for their weight.  Of course they are all caucasian and their weight is not excused as voluptuous curves, like America Ferrera's are, because well, they just don't have the Latin blood to justify it.

And yet another singer who recieved flack, is young pop star, Demi Lovato. The singer/actress was famously dumped by Joe Jonas, and then put on the pounds.  She didn't meet the Jilian factor, but she did have to confront the ugly media motto, we love our famous people thin!

Lovato, apparently is embracing her new post-rehab 30 pounds, and living a life befitting her former message with Jo Bro, on Wouldnt Change A Thing.  The singer collaborates with Joe on the song, which is taken off the soundtrack of Camp Rock 2, the Disney's second most expensive musical next to High School Musical 2.

Joe recently released a song called I'm Sorry, which is an apology to all the girls he's loved before...or according to Joe, just one.  But which one?  The media is not sure, because there are so many he could dedicate it to and add publicity value to his single with.  Is it for example, Taylor Swift, Brenda Song, or Ashley Greene, or is it indeed, his partner in Disney adventures, Lovato?

Most root for Lovato, because he owes her an apology after flaunting his new girlfriend, Greene, while on tour with Lovato, just a short while after he broke up with Lovato.  And of course, everyone knows, Lovato, quit the tour mid-way and checked into rehab for an emotional breakdown and eating disorder shortly thereafter.  And then she returned with a different figure.

But for those who are hating her weight, or bitter that they're not her date, take note that Lovato looked fabulous at the recent VMAs, and looked even more fabulous splitting with Nick Simmons, the famous (plaguerizing) son of KISS's Gene Simmons, and splitting with Wilmer Valderamma, the famous Fez of That 70s Show.

Check out Lovato's interview with Ryan Seacrest on this week's American Top 40!
